i know. It’s been ages since I last posted here and with Crimefest coming up this weekend, I’m feeling very guilty. But I have been reading. Reading lots as it happens. Three weeks in Spain saw a huge dent in my backlog of kindle books.
So I will be reviewing these shortly : Half The World Away by Cath Staincliffe; LIttle Black Lies by Sharon Bolton and Repent by Lisa Fink.
In the meantime, if you haven’t discovered Camilla Lackberg yet, let me recommend her to you. I’d had The Ice Princess on my kindle for ages and finally got round to it while I was away. Then I went straight to her next book, The Preacher and soon I will be voraciously working my way through the rest.
I also loved Eeny Meeny by M.J. Aridge, the first of the Helen Grace books and The Chalk Circle Man by Fred Vargas. Two very different books, but both belters.
I’m currently reading I Let You Go by Clare Mackintosh and it’s also a great read with a satisfying twist.
So apologies for the silence, but there is more to come, I promise.
